Product code: Vintage Juliette Solid State Cassette Tape factory Recorder Model IC 2330 TESTED - READ
Vintage Juliette Solid State Cassette Tape Recorder Model IC 2330 TESTED - READ. Partially TESTED. I added some factory of my batteries to test, plays fine (came with a tape that is included, I'm keeping my batteries). I could not get the tape to fast forward or reverse. I don't have a blank tape to test recording capabilities, nor is there a MIC. There are external MIC port, ear phones jack and AC power ports. The sound output is good for an early 1970s speaker—it sounds the same as small radios of that era still do. The volume button increases and decreases volume well, but there is a small static sound when doing so—it only lasts while moving the volume dial—the sound is good once you've selected your new volume. The battery area shows some previous corrosion from old batteries on the springs but this doesn't affect playability. Some baking soda and water dabbed on with a q-tip takes care of this but I'll let the end owner decide on how to handle that.
