It will not include any of the random photocards. For Jin's Folio it will include all the inclusions except the Tuna Stamps, it will include the standard and a random photocard. OT7 will include all the inclusions and a random photocard as they did not include a standard in this folio. RM photo-folio will include all inclusions, standard photocard and random photocard as it is factory sealed and has not been opened. All photo-folios are in excellent condition as they were boxed upon arrival. They were purchased from Weverse.
