I am so fascinated with rocks and especially geodes, with their endless combinations of colors and shapes! I call this painting "Celestial Geode" because the interior reminds me of stars in the sky! (Another artist thinks the middle looks like a pomagranate). It is actually inspired by a Thunder Egg Agate, with a bit of my own interpretation thrown in!!
