CGC 9 with subgrades Japanese VS Bugsy's Scizor. Not sure what made this a 9, I think it should easily be a 9.5 with 10 potential. Tiny white spots on back top left corner is all I see. Maybe back centering a tad thicker on bottom compared to top. Message me if you want any more photos or if you want factory to bundle this with another lot!.
