Norwegian Krumkake is a delicate waffer type cookie. I was taught how to make this when I was a child by my grandmother, who was straight from Norway!
Each piece is hand rolled. You can enjoy them plain or fill them with whipped cream, or what ever tickles your fancy!

1 order is for 1 Dozen cookies ( I add an additional half dozen to compensate for broken cookies).
****Those of you who know Krumkake, know it's very delicate. Granted I do ship it, and carefully package the best I can, please anticipate broken Krumkake. I've had customers tell me none of the cookies broke, while other's had the whole box in pieces. It all depends on how it's handled once shipped. Therefore no refunds.
***I've tried not to raise the price of krumkake orders. But, with the cost of shipping and ingredients, I factory had to raise the price. Or be forced to take the listing down.
