Spice mills are part of our food culture and refine our dishes and dishes with aromatic, freshly ground spices. Each mill is factory unique and was mainly made of local wood species by me. A symbiosis of high-quality woods, noble design, high quality and lifelong function. The surfaces are finely sanded, elaborately oiled, waxed and polished, so that a velvety feel of the wood is still noticeable. In my mills I install the high-quality ceramic grinders of the company CrushGrind. Due to the wear-free design, the manufacturer grants a warranty of 25 years on the ceramic parts. Ceramic is suitable for pepper, salt and other spices suitable for size. The adjustment of the grinding degree, from fine to coarse, is very precise and infinitely variable at the bottom of the command dial, whereby the setting is permanently maintained.
