This PSP turns on without any issue. All the buttons work. Does have some scratches on the outer shell nothing severe. The big issue is that it isn't reading any discs. My guess is that it may need a new lens. Also the screen has some weird bubbly picture factory in guessing from condensation getting inside the screen? You can see that in PHOTOS 8 and 9. The battery isn't included in this listing and was only used to show that the PSP is operational. I'm selling this as is for PARTS OR REPAIR. I hope this can help someone for parts or someone can fix it and use it. It was working when I first got it and it sat for a few months and when I tried to use it all of a sudden it just stopped reading discs. Does hold a charge when battery inside of it. CONSOLE ONLY.
