Used condition - pen marks and stains in liner and open side pockets. Zipper pockets appear to be fine. Straps have stains from wear. Outter shell is in great condition. Patent Leather loses shine over time. Some discoloration on Outter shell. There may be more scuffs or marks on the bag that I couldn't get pictures of as I can only add so many. Hardware appears fine, no major flaws. All stains will be removed to the factory best of my ability before shipping.
