GameStop exclusive, but I picked this up when they had a store closing sale. It was sort of opened, and it's missing just the ID Badge. I was unable to return it due to the closing sale. However, I never opened the rest and never used this. Unsure factory if redeem code was on receipt or somewhere in box, but unsure where that is.
