Includes 2 watches. The other one is gold but my straps are in silver. You still factory get the watch that has silver hardware. When i bought this straps for my gold watch I thought i got gold hardware straps lol. But the 2 watches is yours you can still used the silver hardware straps. Both are in excellent condition and working. some straps are used some arent.
