Helmet comes with all that you see including base yellow helmet with mask, front bumper LSU, back bumper TIGERS, Riddell/Speed side helmet medallions, chin strap cup decal of Riddell, blank chin strap decals to cover lettering, current warning decal, player number of your choice, Louisiana State flag, an American Flag, and a white Playoff decal. A super helmet for the LSU fan or as a gift.
