This minifigure is exclusive to the Black Pearl ship set 4184 IMPORTANT: minifigure factory has loose arms and the torso has small damage (see image 4). The arms hold themselves up fine, so it's not a major issue, but worth mentioning. I'm sure the issue could be resolved with a new torso, which are cheap on bricklink (see image 5) Genuine LEGO No cracks.
