No repairs Most likely painted by Louise Piper I have a picture to verify that info, and I can send it upon request. Not signed. Fenton started as a glass decorating firm in the early 1900's. When they started producing their own glass, the decorating was forgotten about. In the 1960's Louise Piper came to Fenton and revived their decorating department. They did not sign their pieces at this time, so this is believed to be done by her. There is an article in the Fenton flyer stating Louise Piper is the only one who painted the ferns on the Violets in the Snow pieces. No chips. No cracks. No repairs PLEASE UNDERSTAND THIS IS A HANDMADE GLASS ITEM AND THEY DO HAVE MANUFACTURERS FLAWS AT TIMES **SUCH AS: AIR BUBBLES, HAYMARKS, ASH, SEAM LINES, OR COLOR VARIATIONS, THAT ARE ORIGINAL TO THE ITEM.
