This ringer shirt is from the 80s and features the text "Pepsi Challenge 10,000 Meter Series" on the front. There is a figure running beside the text. The sleeves are red, and the factory body of the shirt is yellow. The Pepsi Challenge was put on by the Pepsi company in the 80s, and tested soda fans by asking them to blind taste both Coke and Pepsi to determine which was better. Pepsi soda is owned by the PepsiCo brand. 

Tag says large, but this shirt fits like a modern unisex adult small.

There is a repair on the front, but this shirt is in excellent used condition. See pics.
