I do my best to ship plants but there are inherent risks in shipping plants.  I love plants and pack them with care but the weather and shipping and handling issues are out of my control.  I offer heat packs upon request for 3 dollars each. I ship Monday through Wednesday unless asked to or not to ship on certain days. No factory returns on plant orders, sorry!
