Do not rip the resin piece from the mold. Demold as gently as you can to extend the life of your mold.
The outline of the mold is slightly matte and has 3D print lines which does not affect the quality of the mold. The backings have a glossy finish which make ink drops/glitter/flowers easily shown!
- Do not use heat of any kind. Using a torch or heat gun can melt the mold and speed up the heating process of the resin and cause damage to the mold. Instead, sprits some rubbing alcohol on the back of the resin after pouring and it'll help pop some of the bubbles on the backings. Don't spray alcohol directly inside the mold.
- To clean your molds. Use tape, lightly press the tape on your mold and slowly peel away. Do not rub/swipe/pick at the mold.
- Please inspect mold before using. If mold is used, I will not be able to offer refund upon return.
-We do hand trim around the fronts and backs of the molds to get the excess silicone off so they may be jagged but in no way affect the mold. Some may have tiny bubbles on the back but does not affect the quality of the mold.
- Make sure you are following your resin brand instructions and following their guidelines on pour depth. Make sure you are not pouring resin at high temperatures. We are not responsible for any exothermic reactions that can occur by not following your resin brand guidelines/recommendations.
VERY IMPORTANT:
All molds are handmade. Since these are not mass produced like in a factory setting, there will be some small imperfections in the molding. It will not affect the final casting made from the molds.
