Some of my thoughts on this painting:

The hardworking ants come from verses 6-8,
"Take a lesson from the ants, you lazybones.
Learn from their ways and become wise!
Though they have no prince
or governor or ruler to make them work,
they labor hard all summer,
gathering food for the winter." (New Living Translation)

The Canada Goose comes from verse 5: "Free yourself, like a gazelle from the hand of the hunter,
like a bird from the snare of the fowler." This was talking about getting control of your finances, but I think applies to many things where we are caught up in something we shouldn't be, and it takes some guts to face the situation and get out of it.

So, this painting is saying that we can gain freedom through perseverance, boldness and hard work. What do you see in it?
