Department 56 2001 original Yankee Stadium, New York. 2001 #58923. New in opened box. All components are intact, including light fixture & bulb, however 1 of the 2 flags is broken (still in bag), also original hang tag included. Original packaging, including sleeve, protective plastic, and styrofoam, are included. Light fixture and bulb was tested and verified to be working. shelf wear on exterior package, still protects the piece perfectly, and overall is in good condition.
