10k gold cameo ring. I factory measured the inside diameter of the ring to be 5/8 inches which converts to a ring size of 5 1/4. Looking at the width of the band and the thickness it shouldn't be too difficult to resize. The cameo measures 3/4" long X 5/8" wide. It is in mint condition with no scratches or dents.
