An absolute stunner! This pristine dress was made in the 1980's in the factory USA! Intricate bodice with sequins that change colors as they catch the light. Bottom is a flared metallic blue with black tulle underneath for extra volume. Sleeves can be worn on or off the shoulders and adorned with flowers and sequins. This is a beautiful dress showing true craftsmanship. While the tag says size 8 it would not zip up my mannequin. Suitable for size 4/6.
