exquisite vintage sea green velvet ruched cloche hat.

This lovely hat has been handmade in Italy in the ladies hats atelier ' Modello ' in Genoa dated 1940's.

Please note that vintage items can have signs of age on it,
this one is an antique 80 years old hat and therefore might have minor imperfections.
but still looking great and charming
