This shirt commemorates the 15th Annual Street Rod Nationals in Columbus, Ohio in 1984. The Street Rod Nationals started in 1970 and marked the beginning of the National Street Rod Association. All cars that participated in the 1984 Nationals had to be manufactured pre-1948, as that was the rule at the time. The Street Rod Nationals are the largest factory gathering of its kind in the country. Columbus. Ohio hosted the event on a three year cycle from 1978 until 1996 when Louisville, Kentucky became the event's permanent home.
