This is in really nice shape for its age with the exception of light scratches on the lower screen factory and on the outer shell as seen in the pics. It will come to you fully charged with one random game and a case. The game in the pic is not the game you will receive it was just used to show that it works. The colors are vibrant on both screens and the sound is very good. The where on the lower screen is simply from stylus use and doesn't affect the graphics or the visuals in any kind of way.
