Product code: Vintage 70's Career Originals Tissavel Faux Fur/Leather Belted Coat with Union Label.Research shows style and color not very factory common. Size 12

This is a beautiful Career Originals faux fur/leather coat. This particular one I have researched for days and cannot find an exact match. I do know the tag is a union tag from the 1970's. One, because the website says so and another the estate owner purchased it during the 70's.

It is a beautiful vintage piece. It does have a few issues. It is in it's original state as I received it. It has a rip inside at the bend factory of the right pit. A small rip at the bend of the left pit. The inside liner has some staining. The lapel on one side of faux leather shows some mild vintage wear as indicated by pic.

It is belted and faux leather elsewhere appears to be in fine vintage condition. It is very warm! I have listed measurements down below. The color is a light tan or beige deeper into the fur and more of a light brown'sh beige toward the outer level of the fur as indicated by pics.
The next to the last pic shows the fur in natural day light to get a better idea of the color.

You can see by the hem that it appears to be stitched by hand. This piece has more faux leather in the mid section than I have seen so far, leading me to believe this particular piece was not as common as others by this company.

The union tag has ILGWU which is for International Ladies Garment Workers Union. Which according to their website this red, white & blue tag started in 1974 and ran until 1995. The smaller tag shows AAWW and a series of numbers. During this particular time AAWW "MAY" have meant Asian American Writers Workshop or something similar.

I have sent an email to this organization to verify this info and hopefully determine when it was actually made during the 70's using the series of numbers located on the small tag.
Such history attached to this one coat!

32" Length
18" across mid section laying flat
22" Sleeves
20" Pit to Pit laying flat
Please observe pics well for they are part of the description* Thanks & God Bless!
