Unusual Vintage Modernist Bronze Metal Table Bell with Red Lacquer Detail, factory Walter Bosse, Herta Baller?

An attractive table bell in either bronze or brass, with raised ‘ribbed' details highlighted with a red lacquered finish. Modernist in design and very similar to pieces I've seen attributed to Walter Bosse and subsequently Herta Baller (there are no labels or makers marks that I've found) - it's very well made with a beautiful factory clear ring. Measures 12cm tall and 7.8cm across at the ‘mouth' . In good vintage order (1950's or so in date?) with no damage or major wear, just slight patination to the metal.
