Gorgeous art nouveau richly patterned pansy pattern bowl by Christian Neureuther for Wächtersbach. Burgundy on purple craquelure.
This is a gorgeous earthenware bowl with, reddish/burgundy and purple glaze with red craquelure. Pretty red pansies on the inside with yellow faces. Bottom has the Wächtersbach stamp and form no. 6548 in red.

height 3.5 cm

Excellent condition with no chips or cracks, some slight signs of wear to rim due to age, please look carefully at the pictures. The colours are gorgeous and the glaze has a high gloss that makes it hard for the photos to do it justice!

This is a really beautiful and practical object, a perfect gift for any vintage home or collector of German pottery!
