Torn seal this was one of my first decks ever when I was first getting into the hobby again. This is the only other overgrowth deck I have that has a torn seal but the cards inside are still mint and sealed perfectly. Most of my collection is sealed now but this is still a strong display piece. I will be lowering all of my torn seal decks soon for anyone who wants a mint deck of cards but is ok with the box seal being broken! Gyarados in psa 10 is a 3-400$ card by itself! I'm getting 158$ after shipping and factory fees.
