factory A late 1950s/early 60s checkerboard print skirt made in crisp mid-weight cotton. It has large, pearly plastic buttons, and a pointed end to the strong waistband. All the patterns are perfectly aligned and it has lovely bound buttonholes. This is a really fantastic quality piece.
There is a pop fastening which may have been added later but it's useful!
Around a UK 8 but please check measurements. Please remember they are of the garment so leave a little wiggle room. My mannequin is 36-26-36 and this is not pinned to fit (and is very snug!)

Condition: excellent, I found a couple of very light marks which lightened on washing and which may come out with further cleaning, small amount of pulling on the waist buttonhole (see last photo for detail of these). Washed and ready to wear.
