Care:
Dry cleaning is the best way to clean a wool pillow. In between the dry cleaning, a good shake in open air is adequate. Also ventilate if a natural wool smell seems too strong.

Since this is an all natural pillow, expect about 30% compression. This is normal and will not change the support and comfort of the pillow. When you first get your pillow, it will be very fluffy in the beginning, but it will settle over time.

"Labos Nakties" ("Good Night" in English) products use wool untreated by chemicals, thus retaining all its best features. However, the wool has to be prepared before it can be used and is thoroughly hand washed with natural soap in order to preserve the lanolin, a fatty substance which helps to preserve it's softness and waviness. Wool is naturally wavy, its threads are separate and insulated with air ensuring the fabric retains heat and that correct body temperatures can be maintained while sleeping. Wool retains its warmth, but does not overheat the body. Wool absorbs moisture but also allows it to evaporate. This is especially important during colder months since even the smallest amount of moisture cools the body. Synthetic fibres absorb an average 2% moisture, whilst wool fibre can absorb around 34% of its own weight in moisture without causing feelings of humidity.
