Very pretty jar, this was a hobbyist piece and is nicely painted. For a jar of this type the ceramic is very thin, the base is lightweight. There is one scuff in the paint on the top of the stump in front of the gnomes face but it does not take away how pretty it is. Also the inside rim of the base does have a couple inch spot with some chipping, because of the shape this is not really noticeable unless you are feeling for it. No other issues. The last picture shows the bottom, it may not have been fully painted but of course this is not visible when it is displayed. 9 inches tall with lid 4 1/2 factory inches tall without lid 8.5 inches wide.
