This Commercial License is for the Entire Shop of Lady Boss Digital designs. It does not grant copyright to any designs!

This license allows for up to a maximum of 1000 uses and is not for Mass Production, Wholesale or Large Retail. For quantities exceeding 1000 uses you will need to contact us for further information.

You will receive a digital copy of this without the watermark. Your receipt of this will count as your proof of purchase. Please print and save this document for your records. I will also maintain records of proof of purchase.

PLEASE NOTE: This license DOES NOT include the design file. To obtain the design file and commercial rights, please follow the directions below:

1. Add this item to cart,
2. Add desired design to cart factory and then;
3. Checkout

This license is for small commercial use, and I will continue to sell these same designs. If you plan to manufacture an item with our design more than 1000 pieces you must contact us. This license includes the right to use all designs for commercial purposes that is to be sold to other customers for physical items

YOU MAY NOT:

•Sell or give to the end customer in a digital format (i.e., png, dxf, svg, jpg)

•Re-distribute/share/sell any of our products

•Claim any of these designs as your own

•Upload files to Social Media sites and Social Groups (i.e., Facebook, Instagram, snapchat, TikTok)

•Sub-license, re-sell, rent, lend, assign, gift or otherwise transfer or distribute the Digital Product or the rights granted under
this Agreement

•Use our design for any Print on Demand (3rd party printing site) service such as Merch, Printful, Café Press, Printify, Zazzle,
Amazon Merch, TedBubble, Teespring, or a similar site that makes items for you to sell in your own store on Etsy, Shopify,
etc. Your product MUST be made by YOU. 
--YOU MAY NOT create a new digital product intended for resell that incorporates
any part of this design (whole or in parts), sell as a transfer or stencil, or digitized for embroidery

THIS PRODUCT IS NON-REFUNDABLE

We check our phrases/designs periodically, however, with people trademarking phrases everyday, it's possible that a saying or phrase we use will be trademarked in the future.
