This is plastic and looks like the bottom of a wooden barrel.
There are gold highlights on parts of the barrel.
There are some places where the gold has rubbed off.

Dimensions:
6" high, or if hanging on a wall, it will protrude 6".
14" in diameter across the top of the barrel with the words/logos
16" in diameter across the open part, which would be against the factory wall.
There's a metal bar across the back to hang from a wall.

What is written on the "barrel":
