PLEASE NOTE: if you would like to make any changes to the factory design, you must respond within 2 days of receiving your design. If we do not hear back from you we will assume you are pleased with the design and we will complete production using that design (side note: all of our messaging is done through Etsy so make sure to check your Etsy messages!)

Note: Each sign is hand-crafted from a unique piece of wood and will vary from the picture shown above. There may be knots, chips, cracks, holes and other imperfections - all of which add to the rustic and handmade nature of the sign :)

It is our sincere hope that you will love your wood sign. If for some reason there is an issue with your order upon receiving it, please send us a message within 2 days of receiving your sign. We will do our best to reconcile any problems that may have arisen to ensure you are satisfied.
