This is a brand new 12” v-clip volumizer from hidden crown in light ash blonde with lowlights 60/8. I'm not able to return it because I clipped the plastic that mfg. wrapped it together with :( just trying to get some of my money back. It comes with everything that originally factory comes with it new. The sample hair piece, the comb, the bag, and the hanger.
