Definitely Preloved factory. Hanging Ring at the top. Frame size 10x6 Photo Size 5x7 The back piece is missing the three screws that were made to hold the plate in are missing but plate still stays put. (Refer to last two photos) Tape would work great too. It's a beautiful piece just as is and would look great on a photo stand!.
