Handcrafted Walnut, factory Black Limba, Cherry, Mahogany and Maple Hardwood Cutting Board, Charcuterie, Serving Board

This handcrafted, one of a kind cutting/charcuterie board is crafted from Walnut, Black Limba, Cherry, Mahogany and Maple Hardwoods. The beautiful natural grains from the cherry and mahogany factory hardwoods really make this board stand out. It is perfect as a cutting board or to serve a spread of cured meats, fine cheeses, artisan breads, or any food you want to present with some extra flair. Face/Edge grain boards truly reveal the natural beauty of the wood grain. They expose the largest surface area of the grain design and display the uniqueness of each wood species. Beautiful and functional. The board measures approx 16" x 12" x 1 3/8" and includes handhold cutouts for easy handling. This board has rubber feet affixed to the bottom for grip on the countertop and will also help with drying.

All boards are meticulously handcrafted and finished with USP food-grade mineral oil and sealed with my handmade board butter. It is recommended a board conditioner/mineral oil be applied regularly to rejuvenate the wood and keep your board looking fresh and new for years to come. My small batch board butter is available in the shop for purchase with your board.

Cutting/Bread/Cheese Boards: To get the most longevity out of your boards, NEVER clean in the dishwasher. This will raise the grain and the heat of the wash could warp and ruin your board. Hand wash only and towel dry. Avoid submersing your board in water or prolonged exposure to moisture.

I am a small one-man shop out of New York focusing on creating high quality cutting/cheese/bread/ charcuterie boards. I love working with all-natural domestic and exotic woods and take pride in everything I make. Each piece of wood is hand picked by me and has a distinctive grain and is beautiful in its own way. I really enjoy the process of taking unrefined raw materials and turning them into something functional, artistic or both.
