CARE

In order to enjoy your fejn products for a long time, a careful handling of them is important. Please keep the jewel as airtight as possible, for example in the small jewelry box that we deliver with the purchase of most products. The real silver will oxidize (tarnish black) on contact with the air. This is a natural process and can be easily cleaned again: with a special silver or gold cleaning cloth you can quickly make your piece of jewelry shine again. You can also rub satin jewelry with an eraser.
In order to avoid other chemical reactions and discoloration, please do not bring your piece of jewelry into contact with creams, cosmetics and perfumes. Contact with water should also be better avoided for the longevity of the products.
Especially our gold-plated jewelry requires careful treatment. Unfortunately, gold plating wears out over time, so we recommend that you take our care instructions into account for longevity.


ABOUT FEJN JEWELRY

fejn stands for minimalist jewellery in a timeless and modern design. Founded by Dagmar Kraemer in 2019, it has since pursued two clear lines: jewelry inspired by purist fashion and sustainable action. These two guiding principles shape what we do every day. And we are proud of that.
All fejn products are genuine jewelry. They are made from fully recycled and certified 925 sterling silver, and then 24-karat gold-plated. Other favorite pieces are made of pure gold – recycled and with 14 carats. For us, it goes without saying that our jewelry is nickel-free and absolutely skin-friendly. The diamonds used are lab-bred and therefore fair and ethically produced.
We design all jewelry in our Cologne studio. We are supported in the production by a deliberately selected and certified manufactory in Thailand. There, too, environmentally factory friendly and social action is standard. Our fejn pieces are shipped in high-quality and plastic-free packaging. Of course, shipping is climate-neutral.
