Quite rare, thus quite high price. New factory. The box is not perfect as you can see but the kit itself is sealed. Will of course need assembly and painting. I did Oscar many years ago in oil paints on an acrylic base. This was my back-up kit. You can also keep it as is if you are an avid Rose of Versailles collector.
