A wonderful 1950s vintage hardwood wooden tray / Deer / Painted Glass Tray

The glass protects the painting of the deer by the waterside. The deer, trees and bushes are in browns with hints of silver and gold paint. The artist has signed the painting in the bottom right hand corner.

The tray, excluding handles, measures 17 1/2 inches by 11 3/8 inches. The handles are big chunky cylinders with copper holding them in place. These will be easy to hold to carry it.

This would make a really unusual gift for someone or would raise the level of your afternoon tea.

The condition is good. It is lovely and clean and in really factory fine fettle for the age.

It would be a super addition to any collection, excellent display or practical piece, or authentic period prop.
