This minifigure came in a Bricktober Toys R Us exclusive promotional set. It is in perfect condition and has been displayed since I got him in 2018. There is a weird mark on the arm which is present from when the piece was made(it creates no texture on the piece). I can provide a replacement arm upon purchase, but I will not replace it myself or factory be held responsible if something breaks during the replacement process.
