This unique rudraksha and gemstone mala is comprised of 108 (6mm) beads – primarily natural howlite and grade A crystal quartz with accent beads of rudraksha seed. The meru setting is a 4mm faceted brass spacer followed by a rose quartz nugget. The mala is hand-knotted between each bead for longevity and ease of use on double-strung muted tan-colored 100% cotton cord. The handcrafted tassel is created of the same cord the beads are strung with. This neutral-colored mala features a stunning contrast of the crystal quality of clear quartz with the natural, opaque quality of cream howlite. It is an original design that will be lovely to use for either your meditation practice or to wear as jewelry. I could imagine this mala would look stunning with a bohemian wedding dress or offset on a solid black top or dress.

The length is approximately 17.75 inches (45 cm) from center to tip of tassel and the meru bead rests at or near the solar plexus when worn.

Gemstone and rudraksha combinations are selected based on the design of the piece more than for the particular healing properties they hold.
