Stunning antique french porcelain blue & gold plate. Dates to the first half of the 19th century (1800's). These are used primarily as decorative objects now for a table or wall motif. The contrasting colors of blue and hand gold gilding is stunning on the eyes! CONDITION: Wear and tear consistent with use and age. Two chips, one of the back that is visible partially on the front rim, and one where the plate mold was used on the back. Aside from a factory light dusting, any detailed cleaning is left to the discretion of the buyer. DIMENSIONS: about 8 1/2" diameter.
