The bracelet is very sturdy yet it does not feel heavy on your wrist. It has a hook-style clasp that holds the bracelet securely fastened around your wrist due to the spring tension of the wires.

The picture shows a medium factory size (7”) but the bracelet is also available in a 6-1/2” (small wrist) and a 7-1/2” (large wrist).
