There is a chance for shrinking in the boards once received depending on climate. Which may result in some spacing in the boards. This is what makes them unique as they are authentic*****

Made from a genuine quarter sawn white oak Bourbon Barrel Head with a laser engraved chess pattern made to last a lifetime
The barrel head is 21 inches in diameter, 1 inch thick, and weighs about 10 pounds.

If you choose both it will come with both sets of game pieces

Can also be made as a table. 16.5in High
The table will be shipped without legs attached. All holes will be pre-drilled. You will just have to screw the legs on. This helps prevent any damage during shipping.


Since these are Authentic Reclaimed Wood Barrel Heads made from a Hardwood Oak. Prior to printing we secure a sturdy backer board to the bottom of the lid to make sure that all the wood slats are held as tightly together as possible. They are then lightly sanded and sealed for a lifetime of beauty! Note - due to the real aging process used in production you'll see imperfections in the wood as well as uneven spots. This is what makes them so unique.

As these are real bourbon barrels that have been soaked in bourbon for a long time. They can shrink and expand with climate. We get the mositure level down low but they will always have some left. Which once placed in a home can cause them to change with temperature. This is natural as with any real wood. Doesn't Happen to all. We have multiple hanging in our basement for years and some do and some don't.
