Product code: Vintage blue factory velvet dress
Blue velvet, Ivory lace, short sleeve; V in the back. I bought this from a vintage store many years ago- was told it was from the 1940s. It's factory absolutely beautiful. And I almost hate parting with it. No tag. But I would say that it's a small/medium.
