Works perfectly! Some light scratching, factory nothing remotely noticeable unless you look closely for it. Comes with charger. No band. Updated 10/24: Added picture of back. Also noticed a dent where the band connects to the watch (pictured), not noticeable when band is on and watch is being worn — didn't know it was there until I took the band off.
