Factory Victorian Framed Chromolithograph WH Chandler

This is a winter scene, chromolithograph by William Henry Chandler (1854-1928) It is in a Victorian gesso frame, painted gold. The inside of the frame is 11.5 factory x 9.5", It has eye screws and wire on the back for hanging. There is a corner in which the print has had what appears to be some water damage.
