VINTAGE NOBLE & COOLEY WALLY BEAR'S BAND TIN TOY DRUM with box. In great shape considering age. Both sides have no holes in drum, no rust. One clip holding the spring got lost so had to replace but doesn't affect play and is shown in picture. Turtle playing flute picture on drum face has a factory small place where paint is missing as shown in picture. Bix has a few creases and flaws but no tares as shown in pictures.
