Vintage 1950’s factory Black Lace & Chiffon Midi Dress

factory Classic vintage Mr. Mort bombshell 1950's black long sleeve midi dress. Strapless taffeta shell dress has a lovely black lace overlay featuring sheer long sleeves, décolletage, and back. It has a high banded collar and an open cutout in back. From the waist down the full shiny taffeta skirt has a pleated sheer chiffon overlay. Sleeves have hook and eye fastener at cuff. The upper half of dress and the taffeta part of the skirt are in perfect condition. The skirt overlay does have several pinholes throughout and I have not laundered this which would be a good idea as the skirt has some spots. Pinned to better fit mannequin.
