Vintage polka dot fever dress, 1980s 80s black white polka factory dot dress, 80s pencil skirt, XS/Small

1980s black and white polka dot dress with collared neckline, 3/4 sleeves, fitted waist, and pencil skirt. There are two accent buttons on front at waist, easy to remove shoulder pads, and the back of waist band has a bit of elastic for comfort after a taco Tuesday.

This dress is in good vintage condition would best fit modern XS. Refer to measurements below taken factory while dress was flat on table and for more reference the model is 5 "9' and a size 4 and it is very tight on her through the hips:
